SHIPPING

Shipping for plants are posted on Mondays and Tuesdays only if you are in Auckland we will consider Wednesdays too, this is so your new baby has the least amount of time in transit to you.

We use overnight courier so please expect your plant in 1-3 business days, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow along.

We are confident in plant packaging and will do our best to make sure they make it to you safely, but due to the fragile and perishable nature of live plants we cannot control how they are handled once they leave us.

Occasionally and out of our control your plant might arrive damaged, if this happens please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at therareplantationnz@gmail.com

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants-
We carefully inspect and package all plants before shipping or pickup. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Send a clear photo of the plant and the packaging.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Change of Mind-
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns on:
Plants that have been repotted, neglected, or mistreated after delivery.
Damaged plants due to shipping services, or delays in shipping.
When a refund has been requested after 48 hours of receiving.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund, replacement, or store credit:

1. Contact us at therareplantationnz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos
3. We'll respond within 2 business days
